About Tom Jacobs
Tom has worked as a commercial real estate broker in the Phoenix area since 1991. He started out at Grubb and Ellis, and through mergers and acquisitions, moved with the company as it changed hands and brands. In the 30 years that the company was evolving, Tom was there learning the ins and outs of the business.
In that time, he has seen how commercial real estate has changed and grown. After 30 years of evolution, the company is now Kidder Mathews.
Kidder Mathews is a worldwide real estate services company with over 50,000 team members. As a member of a prolific company with all of their support and resources, Tom has been able to help negotiate over 40 transactions a year.
Since 1991, Tom has represented landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. In the 40 transactions completed per year, Tom has worked with hundreds of co-brokers over the years – negotiating everything from leases for 1,000 square feet of office space to a single tenant building over 350,000 square feet.
Tom’s clients have ranged from start up business owners buying their first property, all the way to corporate clients leasing space and buying properties. Tom has made sales for all of these scenarios and more, including owner-user buildings, condominiums, and investment properties.
